DAVAO CITY’S CBD

You are catching a sight of Davao City’s central business district, as you can see no sprawling skyscrapers yet, I love it this way. I don’t go up against the so-called development which is often associated with tall buildings, it’s just that I don’t want people of this city to suffer the pains of development, which is I think the most elusive thing to think about.

  1. Another terrific picture, Vernz! I understand how you feel, sometimes the progress of developments can ruin the beauty of a city. Hope that doesn't happen here.

  2. Not to mention people migrating to where new developments are in hopes of greener pastures, just makes the area congested.

  7. Hi Vernz, my first time here, Bisaya pud ko, taga Dgte.

I love the view, its greenery, but is it development for progress? My sister and her family lives in Davao.
