Osso Bucco di Fatorria. This dish is a Milanese specialty of veal shanks braised in a richly-flavoured sauce of vegetables and wine. This is served on a bed of creamy polenta. It has a rustic and comforting flavour which explains why Chef Josh has added fattoria (farm) to its name.

Agnello Brasato. This is lamb shank cooked in a robust mixture of vegetables, red wine and other seasonings. You can choose between creamy polenta or garlic mashed potatoes to soak up the full of flavour sauce. This is my personal favourite, so good to the lamb bones!

Pancetta Croccante e Vongole. If you love pork ribs, then this dish is for you. Pork ribs fried to perfection with Manila clams and bedded with crispy Arancini (Italian rice croquettes).
|Parmesan & Garlic Crusted Atlantic Cod (Php575)|
Parmesan & Garlic Crusted Atlantic Cod. Go light with this filling fish dish seared with delicious lemon potatoes and little neck clam sauce. A perfect dish for those on a diet.
|Pan-Seared Peppered Fish (Php495)|
Pan-Seared Peppered Fish. This is our popular Tilapia leveled up. Served with fresh almond infused pappardelle (broad, flat pasta noodle), artichoke, sundried tomatoes and olives.
